Results from me placing a wanted ad in the classified forum.

I did a search on these guys with mixed results so I thought I would give them a try. I've been going through a bunch of BS trying to get my $31 refund from these people since August 9th. I sent them a payment using PayPal on July 27th. August 1st I asked if they had sent the part because I never heard anything after sending an instant payment. They said they would send it that day or the next. August 7th I asked again with no reply. August 9th I asked again and that night they tell me that the part doesn't work and asked what I wanted to do. I replied asking for a refund.

Since then whenever I get them to answer my emails it's always an excuse. A lot of different excuses too. Also, they have a phone number but no-one ever picks up and it just kicks over to a fax machine. I called at least ten times between August 14th and the 18th.

Here is their last email I just received today:
MIKE Smith will refund money no need to threaten. That is a felony too. Mike just found about this transaction today. John, his employee is in jail for theft. SO DON'T FEEL LIKE THE LONG RANGER. cALL MIKE AT 850-862-0667 TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER.

Thats the number that nobody answers. Its also funny he would say, "cALL MIKE AT 850-862-0667 TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER" since resolving the matter is exactly what I am doing by using the PayPal resolution center which he finally used to send this email. More and more excuses. I swear these guys are brainless. And I did get someone to answer that number once late at night at the beginning of all this and told the guy that answered to refund my money. He assured me that they would get the money out to me right away. That was around August 12th. I called because I was expecting a PayPal refund and didn't get a payment notification yet.

It seems I've talked to at least three different people through email but you never know exactly who you are talking to because they all use the same email address. Its always, "I'll tell him to do this or I talked to so and so and, yada yada yada". They also try to hide the facts by only going through regular email instead of using the PayPal resolution center email except for this last email. Another excuse is they don't have money in their PayPal account right now, lol. What kind of business can't send $31. They are obviously either scammers of totally unreliable business wanabees.
